Tuition fees
Students are charged different fees depending on whether they are classed as EU or NON EU citizens for fee purposes.
Tuition fees for the Master of Public Health programme for the 2025/2026 intake are as follow:

Tuition fees include :
- Enrollment in all courses of the programme
- Free access to library facilities
- Tutoring and administrative support
They do not include costs related to accommodation, food, international travel and travel in Paris or in France, nor health and other insurance.
While students are not required to purchase textbooks during the program, some courses may require the purchase of software. Therefore, you should anticipate spending between 30-90 euros in the first year. More information on computer requirements here.
Once a candidate is officially selected, a first instalment, due by 15 May 2025, will be required to guarantee his / her place in the MPH programme.
Differentiated fees for students from outside the European Union
In November 2018, the French government voted to introduce differentiated tuition fees for non-EU students enrolled in a higher education institution for a national degree (bachelor’s or master’s).
Any student who wishes to enrol in a higher education institution in France must pay registration fees relating to each course of study.
Since the start of the 2019-2020 academic year, students from outside the European Union must pay different registration fees from those of French and European students, except in certain cases determined in the national exemption framework.
You are exempt from the differentiated enrolment fees if you meet at least one of the following criteria
- Be a citizen of a member state of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland;
- Be the holder of a residence permit with the mention “Residence permit for a family member of a citizen of the European Union/EEA/Switzerland”;
- Be the holder of a permit with the mention “résident” issued by the French authorities
- Be a minor under the age of eighteen whose parents or legal guardians hold a residence permit;
- Have refugee status or be a person whose father, mother or legal guardian has this status;
- Be fiscally domiciled in France or attached to a tax household domiciled in France for at least two years;
- Be a national of a country that has signed an agreement with France providing for the payment of tuition fees under the same conditions as French students;
- Enrolled in a doctorate, habilitation to direct research and post-graduate medical, odontological and pharmaceutical studies;
- Be registered as an exchange student
- Be a French government scholarship holder
- Have been enrolled in a French public higher education institution at all levels for the 2018/2019 academic year;
- Have been enrolled in a French as a Foreign Language (FLE) center in France before the start of the 2019/2020 academic year
Additional mandatory fees
Contribution to Student Life and Campus (CVEC)
Students are required to pay a Contribution to Campus and Student Life (CVEC) of 103 € for the academic year 2024-2025. This amount may change for 2025-2026.
CVEC fees are mandatory for both EU and Non EU students (excepted for need-based grants holders in accordance with social criteria and for students with refugee status).
