“Etudes en France” (EEF) Pre-consular procedure

Applications to the Master of Public Health program are exclusively through the EHESP application platform. Therefore, you do NOT have to apply on the EEF platform as “I am candidate”.

If you have been selected for the Master of public health and have received a letter of acceptance from EHESP, you must create an account on the Etudes en France (EEF) platform and complete the pre-consular procedure “I am accepted.

Who is concerned ?

  • You reside in one of the countries or territories listed on the homepage of the “Etudes en France” platform,
  • You have obtained an admission at EHESP
  • You want to apply for a long-term visa to study in France

Procedure

  1. Apply for the MPH course on the EHESP registration platform.
  2. Create an electronic  “Je suis accepté” file on the Etudes en France (EEF)  platform
    • Enter a “Je suis accepté” application;
    • Select « une acceptation papier reçue en dehors de la plateforme Etude en France »;
    • Submit the pre-consular application online;
    • Pay the application fees (except in the case of exemption);
    • Attend the pre-consular interview (except in cases of exemption).

Once your application has been validated, Campus France will send you a message authorising you to make an appointment to submit your consular application.

The Campus France procedure does not guarantee that a visa will be issued.

When ?

It is advisable to complete the pre-consular procedure at least one month before your departure date.
Campus France cannot guarantee that your application will be processed on time.
